Terms of Service

Welcome to Open Forge. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Open Forge application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using Open Forge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

5. Events and Participation

Open Forge facilitates connections but does not organize or control events.

By using the platform, you understand:

  • events are created and hosted by users

  • participation is voluntary

  • you assume all risks associated with attending events

Open Forge is not responsible for:

  • the actions of other users

  • event safety or outcomes

  • disputes between users

6. Content

You are responsible for any content you post, including:

By posting content, you grant Open Forge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Your use of Open Forge is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • you violate these Terms

  • it is necessary to protect the community

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • availability or uptime

  • accuracy of content

  • safety of events or users

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Forge is not liable for:

  • personal injury

  • property damage

  • lost profits or data

  • indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Open Forge from any claims arising from:

  • your use of the Service

  • your content

  • your participation in events

  • your violation of these Terms
